Integrations & Automations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain workflows using

  Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n

  , and other automation tools.
• Create, maintain, and monitor integrations between CRMs, marketing platforms, project management tools, and internal systems.
• Handle API-based integrations, including working with

  webhooks and JSON payloads

  .
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control for all integrations.
• Continuously research and recommend new tools, features, and strategies for process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with

  Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n

  for complex workflows.
• Familiarity with

  APIs, authentication methods, webhooks, and JSON

  .
• Strong background in

  business process analysis

  and system mapping.
• Comfort with

  JavaScript

  for custom code steps and light scripting inside automations.
• Experience using

  LLMs (Large Language Models)

  like GPT or Claude to generate, test, or optimize code snippets and workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with a focus on root cause analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience integrating tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or ClickUp.
• Familiarity with data transformation tools (Parabola, Airtable scripts, SQL).
• Prior work in startup or fast-paced environments where you owned automation end-to-end.
• Ability to write and maintain small reusable code libraries to complement no-code workflows.
