System Architect

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

• Architect Scalable, Cloud-Native Systems:

  Design and implement distributed, event-driven architectures using Java, Python, microservices, and modern design patterns to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Drive Product Development Excellence:

  Lead end-to-end product architecture and engineering standards enforcing clean code, design patterns, CI/CD automation, and code quality practices for enterprise-grade delivery.

• Integrate Data & AI Engineering Capabilities:

  Architect and operationalize data pipelines, AI/ML models, and intelligent automation frameworks within cloud ecosystems to enable real-time insights and decisioning.

• Ensure Security, Observability & Governance:

  Establish platform-wide standards for API security, monitoring, logging, and compliance, embedding traceability, auditability, and operational resilience into every layer.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Design and govern

  high-performance system architectures

  that integrate application, data, and AI layers.
• Lead

  product engineering initiatives

  from concept to release, ensuring architectural consistency and delivery efficiency.
• Architect

  cloud-native solutions

  using Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Build

  data ingestion and transformation pipelines

  using Kafka, Spark, and Airflow for real-time analytics and AI enablement.
• Collaborate with data scientists to deploy and manage

  machine learning and LLM models

  through modern MLOps frameworks.
• Define

  security, observability, and compliance frameworks

  leveraging OpenTelemetry, ELK, and cloud-native monitoring tools.
• Enforce

  design and coding standards

  across teams, drive technical reviews, and mentor engineers in scalable design practices.

Core Technical Competencies

Programming & Architecture:

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 12+ years

  of experience in software, system, or data architecture with strong product development exposure.
• Proven success designing and scaling

  cloud-native, data-intensive, and AI-enabled systems

  using Java and Python.
• Deep knowledge of

  system design, design patterns, and code quality frameworks

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  DevOps automation, observability, and governance

  within large-scale environments.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with the ability to align engineering strategy with business outcomes.
