• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Knowledge of development and deployment best practices
• Experience with infrastructure management and system administration
• Exposure/knowledge with Python & SQL
• knowledge of SSIS, SSRS & MSSQL
• knowledge of SDLC processes, Git / Bitbucket
• Excellent organization, communication, and a diligent approach to problem solving are required
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating system
• Well- versed with Incident life cycle management, Problem life cycle management.
• Experience with a ticketing system like ServiceNow or JIRA
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Capable of working individually and/or with a large team comprised of multiple disciplines
