System Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements and system specifications. You will design and implement system solutions to meet business needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionalities, and improve user experience. Additionally, you will conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance, provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders, and prepare and maintain documentation for systems and processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3-10 years of experience in systems analysis or a related role. - Proficient in SQL and database management systems. - Experience with data modeling and software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is a plus.
