Job Purpose
To lead and mentor a team of 4-5 members for 3in1 project, own multiple modules, and ensure high-quality deliverables, efficient processes, and continuous innovation.Duties and Responsibilities
DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality Angular applications using modern best practices and coding standards.

ArchitectureCollaborate on architectural decisions and implement scalable and efficient solutions
for front-end development.

Performance OptimizationIdentify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth user
experience.

Code ReviewReview code from other team members to ensure quality and adherence to best
practices.

TestingDevelop and execute unit and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the
codebase.

MentorshipGuide and mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help
them grow professionally.

CollaborationWork closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver
fully functional applications.

Problem SolvingTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Stay CurrentStay up to date with the latest Angular trends and advancements.

Key Decisions / Dimensions

Front end architecture of assigned modules

Design and development approach for assigned features/modules

Accept/Reject new work depending on available teams capacity

Required Qualifications and Experience
a) QualificationsBachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldb) Work ExperienceMinimum of 6 years of experience in Web and Mobile App Development with a strong focus on Angular(version 10 or higher preferred).c) Skills Keywords

6+ years of experience developing Web and Mobile applications with a strong focus on Angular (version
10 or higher preferred).

Proven experience in leading a team of developers.

Deep understanding of Angular concepts like components, services, modules, routing, and state
management.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Experience with build tools like Angular CLI, Webpack, and npm.

Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) and end-to-end testing tools

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Passion for mentoring and fostering the growth of junior developers

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
