Job Description

Role: System Admin

Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Rajajinagar (Bangalore)

Work Mode: WFO

Roles & Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain
hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitor and maintain
computer systems, laptops, mobiles, printers, scanners, and network infrastructure
Provide
technical support
(on-site, phone, and remote)
Troubleshoot
system and network issues
, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults
Ensure
network security
and
data backup procedures
are properly implemented
Maintain
IT asset inventory
and track software licenses
Create and manage
new user accounts
, profiles, and password-related issues
Support
implementation of new applications and system upgrades
Coordinate with
vendors
for AMC, repairs, warranty claims, and software renewals
Monitor and manage
CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other network-connected hardware
Document
technical processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
