Job Description

Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022/2025 Server support and troubleshooting

Linux CentOS/Ubuntu Server support and troubleshooting.

Strong Understanding knowledge of Virtualization Technologies like Server, Storage and Network Virtualization.

Hyper-V, KVM, VMware, Server / Storage / Network Virtualization Server support and Troubleshooting.

Windows and Linux Clustering install , manage and troubleshooting.

Manage Active Directory group, user and computer objects, the AD Schema

Load and deploy new servers based on Requirement

Create and maintain Windows and Linux server images

Work with engineers and project leads to implement new systems, policies, standards and practices

Document server administration processes and procedures

Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels

Daily Server health Checklist and Reporting

Maintain enterprise servers and perform hardware and software maintenance operations including installation, configuration and support of server hardware, software and data backup and disaster recovery

Strong understanding of TCP/IP and network topologies

Understand Enterprise Operations Process, ITIL v.2

Ability to identity and communicate Escalations to other teams

Perform upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages

Maintains, Monitor and upgrades the DHCP server, SAN,NAS Server, File Server

Office 365 SAAS, IAAS and PAAS undertanding and administration.

Azure Active Directory Sync and Identity Management.
