System Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. You will play a vital role in ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently while meeting organizational needs and security standards. Key Responsibilities: Install and configure software and hardware (servers, PCs, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, etc.) Manage network servers and technology tools Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements Troubleshoot issues and outages; provide technical support as needed Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls Upgrade systems with new releases and models Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies Maintain Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS) Ability to create scripts in Bash, PowerShell, or other scripting languages Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Resourcefulness and attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8106416085
