About the Role

System & Network Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain

  Windows

  and

  Linux

  operating systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot

  LAN/WAN networks

  , ensuring minimum downtime.
• Handle system setups, hardware installations, and routine maintenance activities.
• Monitor system performance and network health proactively.
• Provide technical support to internal teams for system and network issues.
• Ensure security protocols, system updates, and patches are implemented regularly.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting steps.
• Coordinate with vendors or external support teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in System or Network Administration.
• Hands-on experience with

  Windows OS, Linux OS, LAN, WAN, and system setups

  .
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of IT security principles.
• Ability to work in a

  night shift

  environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle tasks independently and provide timely resolutions.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of server management or virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with firewall configurations and network security tools.
• Exposure to cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
