Manarul Huda Trust is a public charitable organization that has been dedicated to the fields of education and healthcare for the past thirty years. The Trust operates premier educational institutions, including schools, professional colleges, and hospitals across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. They are known for maintaining high standards and striving for quality and excellence in their services. Additionally, the trustees run educational institutions in the UAE, offering various degrees and certificate courses to meet the needs and aspirations of the youth.


Roles and Responsibilities

Classroom Technology Support

  • Manage and support all classroom IT equipment, including projectors, audio-visual systems, and other educational technologies.
  • Provide technical support for faculty and staff using classroom technology.

Learning Management Systems Administration

  • Administer and provide Level 1 (L1) support to the institution’s Learning Management Systems and other business applications.
  • Assist faculty, students, and administrative staff with troubleshooting and using LMS features effectively.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within the LMS.

Network Management

  • Maintain the institution’s network infrastructure, including both wired and wireless networks.
  • Resolve connectivity issues promptly.
  • Manage network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control.

CCTV System Management

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of the institution’s CCTV systems.
  • Ensure all cameras are functional and that video footage is properly stored and can be retrieved when needed.

Training & Support for Staff

  • Develop and deliver training sessions for staff and faculty on the effective use of IT systems and tools.
  • Provide resources such as user guides and FAQs to help users troubleshoot common issues independently.

Installation & Maintenance of Software, Hardware, and Operating Systems

  • Install, configure, and maintain all software applications, hardware devices, and operating systems used within the institution, including access control devices.
  • Ensure that all systems are up to date, secure, and performing optimally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • 2+ years’ experience as a System Administrator
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
