System Administrator

As a skilled System Administrator at Kapra Group, your role involves managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure across all branches. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of systems, networks, and security to provide technical support to staff and maintain uninterrupted business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking systems at all branches. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime. - Manage firewalls, antivirus software, and system security protocols. - Ensure reliable LAN/WAN connectivity and resolve network problems. - Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, and servers. - Regularly update and back up company data. - Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and software. - Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, issues, and resolutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role. - Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP), Windows/Linux systems, and cloud technologies. - Familiarity with firewalls, routers, switches, and data backup solutions. - Problem-solving mindset with good communication skills. - Willingness to travel to multiple branch locations.
