Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator (IT Infrastructure & Security) to manage, monitor, and secure the company’s IT systems and networks. The candidate will ensure reliable system performance, safeguard sensitive data, and implement strong IT security practices to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and monitor operating systems, software, and hardware.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Ensure regular data backup, recovery planning, and disaster recovery management.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Create and enforce IT policies, user access controls, and compliance standards.
• Manage vendor relationships for IT hardware/software procurement and AMC.
• Provide IT support to staff and train them on safe IT practices.
• Ensure high uptime, performance, and scalability of company systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a System Administrator / IT Security Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking protocols.
• Experience in firewalls, VPN, endpoint security, and cybersecurity tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure high system reliability.

Salary Package

INR 35,000 – 45,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
