We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system uptime, troubleshooting technical issues, managing networks, and supporting end-users for smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and software applications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Maintain data backups, recovery plans, and ensure system security.
• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and other networking devices.
• Apply patches, updates, and security configurations regularly.
• Ensure antivirus, endpoint security, and other protective measures are up to date.
• Support IT policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve system-related queries.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware/software procurement and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac operating systems.
• Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Good understanding of data backup, recovery, and security best practices.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
