Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Representative located in Ahmedabad. The Technical Support Representative will handle day-to-day tasks, including providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering technical support. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing problems, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
