Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices across production and office environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, network connectivity, and hardware/software issues to minimize downtime.
- Support manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, SCADA, and PLC interfaces in coordination with production and engineering teams.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and other enterprise systems.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical manufacturing data.
- Apply security patches and updates to ensure compliance with IT and industry standards.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions for audit and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT needs in production planning, quality control, and supply chain systems.
