System Administrator – Hardware

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator – Hardware with 3+ years of experience in managing physical servers, workstations, and networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a Web Application Development environment and a solid understanding of the different environments (development, testing, staging, and production). You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of hardware systems, while collaborating with development and DevOps teams to support operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain physical servers, desktops, and laptops
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related and OS-level issues (Windows and Linux)
• Perform routine backups and manage disaster recovery solutions
• Set up and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and ensure network reliability
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as necessary
• Support development, testing, staging, and production environments
• Collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams to support CI/CD and deployment pipelines
• Maintain proper documentation of hardware assets, configurations, and network layouts
• Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance standards

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator focusing on hardware
• Prior experience working in a Web Application Development company
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle environments (Dev/Test/Staging/Prod)
• Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware and OS (Windows & Linux)
• Experience with backup/recovery systems and protocols
• Proficiency in managing LAN/WAN setups and hardware support
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
