System Administrator

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to maintain, monitor, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Windows/Linux administration, hardware troubleshooting, server management, and networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies.
• Handle server installation, performance monitoring, backup & restore solutions.
• Provide desktop, laptop, and peripheral support (hardware & software).
• Manage network devices: routers, switches, firewalls (basic level).
• Ensure system security through antivirus, patch updates, and access control.
• Monitor network performance, user activities, and system logs.
• Maintain backup systems, storage devices, and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and IT supplies.
• Prepare regular IT reports, documentation, and asset management.
• Support users via remote tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP).

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server / Linux OS
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Basic knowledge of firewalls, networking, LAN/WAN
• Understanding of VMware/Hyper-V virtualization (added advantage)
• Good troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
• Knowledge of backup solutions and security practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, RHCSA (added advantage)
• Experience with cloud basics (AWS/Azure)
• Experience in medium-to-large IT environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
