Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across various modules Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Design, develop, and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform Ensure best practices in architecture, development, and integration Provide guidance to junior developers and team members Must-Have Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform Strong expertise in ITSM, with working knowledge of one or more of the following modules : CSM, ITOM, SPM, FSM, SecOps, Integrations, Custom Applications ServiceNow Certifications (e., CSA, CIS, CAD) are mandatory Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to join immediately or within 2 weeks Why Join Us?
