Synthesis Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive synthesis activities with performance, power, and area (PPA) optimization in mind.
• Collaborate with RTL designers to provide feedback and implement design optimizations.
• Work on floorplanning for multi-core, L2 & L3, and power planning up to bumps.
• Analyze and address silicon margins, VT trade-offs, and their impact on power and area.
• Identify and resolve critical paths; implement pipelining, latency reduction, and super buffer solutions.
• Apply low-power design methodologies across projects.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of high-speed cores, including CPU, GPU, DDR, etc.
• Proven expertise in synthesis and constraints handling with strong focus on PPA.
• Strong understanding of silicon margins and trade-offs.
• Familiarity with advanced floorplanning and low-power implementation techniques.
