Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with system teams to

  design, develop, and implement

  ARAS Innovator solutions following

  Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

  practices.
• Analyze customer inputs, understand business processes, and define use cases and operational context.
• Convert functional requirements into detailed

  system specifications

  and technical designs.

• Configure and customize

  the ARAS Innovator PLM platform to meet specific business and technical needs.
• Develop and enhance

  scripts, workflows, custom forms, and reports

  using tools such as AML Studio, ARAS Method Editor, and ARAS XSLT Reporting Utility.
• Design user-friendly

  forms and interfaces

  within ARAS Innovator to enhance user experience.
• Define and guide

  DevOps best practices

  and assist application teams with implementation.
• Participate in

  project status meetings

  , providing regular updates on assigned deliverables.
• Prepare

  technical documentation, use cases

  , and provide training materials as per project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in ARAS Innovator PLM development and customization.
• Proficiency in scripting, AML, XSLT, and PLM configuration tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in
