Job Title: Swimming Coach Department: Recreation / Spa & Wellness Reports To: Recreation Manager / Fitness Manager Job Summary: The Swimming Coach is responsible for providing swimming instruction to guests of various skill levels, developing training programs, and helping individuals improve their swimming technique and confidence in the water. Key Responsibilities: Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups. Assess swimmers’ skill levels and develop personalized training plans. Teach correct stroke techniques, breathing, and safety protocols. Motivate and encourage swimmers to improve performance. Monitor swimmer progress and provide regular feedback. Organize swimming events or competitions for guests. Collaborate with other wellness and recreation staff for program planning. Skills & Qualifications: Certified Swimming Instructor (e.g., from ASCA, AUSTSWIM, or equivalent). Strong background in competitive or professional swimming. Excellent teaching, communication, and motivational skills. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
