Swimming Coach

TIDA Sports is a leading sports academy dedicated to nurturing young athletic talent and fostering a love for sports. We provide comprehensive coaching and training programs in various sports. Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through expert guidance and a supportive environment.

We are seeking a swimming instructor who can teach swimming , focusing on water safety, technique, and building confidence, while ensuring a safe and fun environment for all participants.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver effective swimming lessons for various age groups and skill levels.
• Demonstrate and teach proper swimming techniques and strokes.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to improve their skills.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
• Maintain a safe pool environment by enforcing rules and procedures.
• Provide constant supervision to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
• Be prepared to provide first aid and CPR in case of emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents about progress and concerns.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
• Prepare and organize lesson plans.
• Maintain pool equipment and report any issues.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Follow all policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students of all ages and abilities.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of water safety and first aid.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
