About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Swim Coach to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in training toddlers and children, with a strong passion for nurturing young swimmers in a fun, safe, and disciplined environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming lessons for children aged below 18 years, ensuring safety and skill development.
• Design and implement training programs suitable for different age groups and skill levels.
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and engagement among students during training sessions.
• Ensure safety protocols and lifeguard standards are strictly followed at all times.
• Track and evaluate students’ progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
• Support the academy during events, assessments, and parent interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience (preferably with children and toddlers).
• Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and interpersonal.
• Graduate degree (any discipline).
• ASCA Swim Certification and/or Lifeguard Certification – mandatory.
• Passionate, patient, and committed to teaching young swimmers.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
