We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Swim Coach to join our friendly team at Coulter Swimming.

About The Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality swimming squads to children of all levels. You will also be responsible for the development pathways of junior coaching staff and their progression.Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun, effective squad sessions aligned with our program standards and objectives
• Provide constructive feedback and motivation to swimmers and junior coaching staff
• Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Communicate professionally with parents, swimmers, and team members.
• Support swimmers to develop their skills, confidence, and love for the water.
• Liasson with our Barracuda swim club
• Attend targeted swim meets
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Hold SWIM Australia Squad Fundamentals or equivalent certification as minimum
• Demonstrated experience coaching in a competitive/ development squad environment
• Coaching experience is essential
• Current CPR and Working with Children Check.
