Sweet Shop / Store Operations Manager – Key ResponsibilitiesPlan daily and seasonal production of sweets, snacks, and chaat based on sales trends and demand. Estimate exact food quantities to ensure freshness while minimizing wastage. Manage raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory with proper stock control. Ensure timely procurement of ingredients and maintain vendor coordination. Supervise kitchen staff, halwais, cooks, and ensure quality and hygiene standards. Manage serving staff and counter staff for smooth customer service operations. Prepare staff duty rosters, oversee attendance, and maintain discipline. Monitor store cleanliness, display presentation, and food safety compliance. Ensure smooth daily store opening, closing, and overall operations. Track daily sales, fast-moving items, and share operational reports with management. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally. Support offers, festive rush management, and continuous operational improvements.
