Sustainability Professional- Siemens Limited
Purpose: Drive the Sustainability program
Designation Sustainability Project Professional |The role reports to the Sustainability Manager
Base location: Mumbai (must be okay to travel)
Educational Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in any stream

MBA preferred | Post graduate certificate in Environment / Sustainability / ESG preferred

Professional experience

3 to 5 years of Industry experience including Sustainability practice
People/Personal Competence
Self-driven and motivated, capacity to learn on-the-go, high collaboration and communication skills, team player, result oriented, critical and strategic thinking Roles and responsibilities

Drive sustainability topics for Siemens India

Prepare Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR); liaise with assurance partner for BRSR

Facilitate implementation of the Sustainability and Siemens DEGREE framework in the business

Monitor Sustainability KPIs

Support related teams across business and functions on Sustainability

Facilitate ESG Risk Framework adoption in the business

Coordinate with Sustainability Department / team of other Siemens India entities

Engage with external and internal stakeholders to meet the requirements of Sustainability and DEGREE

Facilitate internal and external communication around Sustainability

Support Corporate Citizenship projects
