Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer located in Mysore. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include developing civil engineering plans, managing stormwater systems, and ensuring compliance with civil engineering standards. Coordination with various stakeholders and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met are key responsibilities in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and related technical skills Experience in Planning and managing construction projects Knowledge of Stormwater Management systems and practices Strong background in Civil Engineering concepts and applications Ability to work on-site in Mysore and adapt to changing project requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Previous experience in real estate or construction sectors is a plus 1-2 years experience required in Site Engineering
1. Strategy & Planning Define and implement the company s CSR vision, strategy, and annual plans. Identify focus areas aligned with company values and community needs (education, healthcare, environment, skill development, etc.). Integrate CSR with sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives. 2. Program Development & Execution Conceptualize, design, and manage CSR programs/projects. Partner with NGOs, government bodies, and community organizations for implementation. Ensure effective utilization of CSR funds as per Companies Act 2013 (for Indian context). 3. Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to CSR legal requirements and board directives. Prepare CSR policy and annual action plan for board approval. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and statutory filings of CSR activities. 4. Monitoring & Impact Assessment Develop KPIs and monitoring mechanisms for CSR projects. Conduct impact assessments and third-party evaluations. Report progress and outcomes to senior management and the board. 5. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal teams, employees, and business units to integrate CSR culture. Build and manage relationships with NGOs, communities, government agencies, and industry associations. Drive employee volunteering initiatives. 6. Branding & Communication Promote CSR initiatives through internal and external communication channels. Publish CSR reports, sustainability reports, and case studies. Position the company as a socially responsible and sustainable brand.
