Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing organization in the Travel, Forex, and Medical Tourism sector.
We specialize in Domestic & International Tour Packages, Air/Train/Bus Ticketing, Visa Services, and Medical Tourism Solutions.

We are looking for a Surveyor who will conduct market research and field surveys across the travel industry to help us understand client needs, agent networks, competitor offerings, and emerging travel trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys and collect data from travel agents, hotels, transport operators, and other tourism partners.
• Visit travel offices, tourist hotspots, and customer segments to gather insights.
• Identify and build a network of potential B2B travel agents and clients.
• Analyze data on tourism demand, pricing trends, and service quality.
• Prepare detailed survey reports and feedback summaries for management.
• Collaborate with the Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to support strategy and product improvement.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of survey findings and reports.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in surveying, field research, or travel industry operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and public interactions.
• Basic understanding of tour packages, ticketing, and travel services.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and report preparation.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented individual.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Marketing (preferred).

Salary:

As per industry standards and based on experience.
