Surveyor

1. Job Purpose:

To conduct land and site surveys for real estate projects, ensuring accurate mapping, boundary marking, and land record validation to support site acquisition, planning, and development.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographical and boundary surveys using Auto Level, Total Station, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Identify and mark property boundaries and site dimensions in coordination with land records and local authorities.
• Verify ownership records, encumbrance, and legal documents related to land parcels.
• Coordinate with project and legal teams during land acquisition and due diligence processes.
• Prepare detailed site layout reports, survey maps, and CAD drawings.
• Assist in identifying site access, road connectivity, drainage lines, and terrain suitability.
• Supervise leveling, contouring, and grading as per project requirement.
• Ensure survey data accuracy and compliance with real estate and municipal guidelines.
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure calibration and accuracy at all times.
• Liaise with local landowners, government officials, and revenue authorities for site validation.

3. Desired Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or Geomatics.
• Experience: 5-8 years in land/site surveying within the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Total Station, Auto Level, AutoCAD, and other survey software.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in field conditions.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.

• Accuracy of site and boundary surveys
• Timely submission of survey reports and CAD drawings
• Compliance with land record documentation
• Number of errors/discrepancies identified/resolved
• Efficiency in equipment handling and data interpretation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
