About the Role:

Surveyor Direct Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed surveys of commercial properties across assigned regions in India.
Identify potential commercial spaces suitable for leasing, buying, or investment.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and corporate clients.
Present commercial property options to clients and assist in site visits.
Generate leads through fieldwork, market research, and networking.
Maintain an updated database of commercial properties and market trends.
Support the sales team in negotiations, documentation, and closing deals.
Prepare daily reports on site visits, surveys, and client interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
2+ years of experience
in
Commercial Real Estate / Direct Sales / Field Sales
.
Strong understanding of commercial property markets and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively across PAN India.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field-intensive roles.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
