Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Surgical Specialist based in Mumbai. The Surgical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for surgical products, assisting healthcare professionals in their use, and ensuring proper product application during surgeries. The role also involves training and educating healthcare teams, fostering relationships with clients, and contributing to the development and promotion of innovative solutions in the surgical field.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in surgical procedures and familiarity with medical devices
• Strong communication, training, and presentation skills to effectively educate and support healthcare teams
• Sales and client relationship management experience in the medical field is an advantage
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and handle high-pressure environments
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address challenges in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Relevant certifications or a degree in medical sciences, healthcare, or a related field
