As an Application Administrator at our organization, your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day management of software applications to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently. This includes tasks such as installing, updating, configuring, and troubleshooting applications, as well as managing user access and providing training. You will also be responsible for monitoring application performance, identifying any issues, and implementing solutions to maintain optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: - Installation and Configuration: You will be in charge of installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications, both internal and third-party systems. - Troubleshooting and Support: Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving issues with applications, providing support to end-users, and documenting solutions. - User Management: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels within applications will be part of your responsibilities. - Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitoring application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency. - Software Updates and Patches: You will be responsible for installing software updates, patches, and security fixes to ensure systems are current and secure. - Training and Documentation: Developing training materials and documentation for users on how to effectively use applications. - Reporting and Documentation: Creating reports and documentation on application performance, issues, and resolutions. Qualifications Required: - Technical Graduation and Above - Minimum 4+ years of service delivery and application maintenance experience - Previous roles requiring a deep understanding of application structure, functionality, user management, and application support framework - Intermediate knowledge of Hardware, Networking, and Databases including SQL Queries Additional Company Details (if available): - Position Org: Individual Contributor - Internal Engagement: Application users, Infra Support Team, SAP Support team - External Engagement: Application support partners In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring system reliability, support effectiveness, process compliance, improvement initiatives, and knowledge contribution.
