Job Description

Looking for proactive and customer-focused Support Team Member to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will handle client queries, provide timely solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience while maintaining a professional and empathetic communication style.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant solutions or escalate to the technical team when necessary.
Assist clients in navigating and using our systems effectively.
Track, monitor, and follow up on client requests until resolution.
Document client interactions and issues in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Provide training or walkthroughs to clients when required.
Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
Basic understanding of technology and web-based applications.
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in client support will be an added advantage.
