About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Presales & Solutioning

• Understand customer business and technical requirements.
• Conduct discovery sessions across EDR/XDR, DLP, IAM/IGA, ZTNA, CASB, SSE, CNAP, CWPP, CSPM, Cloud Security.
• Prepare solution designs (HLD/LLD), SOWs, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
• Lead POCs: setup, execute use cases, troubleshoot, and drive closure.
• Create competitive BoQs and map customer needs to product capabilities

2. Technical Demonstrations & Workshops

• Deliver product demos, deep-dives, and workshops.
• Explain platform capabilities (threat detection, response automation, data protection, access governance, cloud posture).
• Customize demo environments for IT/OT use cases.
• Answer technical queries and highlight differentiators.

3. OEM & Partner Collaboration

• Work closely with OEM presales and channel teams (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Netskope, Zscaler, CyberArk, etc).
• Explain platform capabilities (threat detection, response automation, data protection, access governance, cloud posture).
• Stay updated on product updates, certifications, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate on sizing, solution validation, and deal registrations.

4. Documentation & RFP Support

• Create HLD/LLD documents, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution decks, and POC
  reports.
• Support internal teams with solution notes and competitive comparisons

5. Implementation Readiness

• Provide technical guidance to delivery teams for onboarding.
• Support solution validation, pilot deployments, and handovers.
• Prepare transition documents.

Technical Skills Required Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR)

• SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Cybereason, Microsoft Defender, Trellix.
• Threat hunting, IOC/IOA, ML-based detection, response automation

Data Security / DLP

• Endpoint, Network, Cloud DLP
• Data classification, data flow mapping, exfiltration prevention
• Tools: Netskope, Forcepoint, Symantec, GTB, Microsoft, Zscaler DLP Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA/PAM)
• IAM, SSO, MFA, PAM, Zero Trust
• IGA workflows (JML, access reviews, SoD)

Cloud Security

• CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, CNAP
• Tools: Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Lacework, Zscaler, Netskope
• Cloud fundamentals: IAM, VPC, WAF, encryption, logs

Zero Trust & Network Security

• Firewalls, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, VPN, Micro-segmentation
• SSE/SASE architecture
• Vendors: Zscaler, Netskope, Cloudflare, Palo Alto, Fortinet

General Security

• SIEM: Sentinel, Splunk, Securonix SOAR basics
• MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO 27001
• Threat intelligence, API security, secure email gateways
• MDM/UEM: Intune, Workspace ONE

• Strong communication & presentation skills

Experience & Qualification

• 5-10 years in Cybersecurity Presales, Systems Engineering, or Implementation
• Experience with IT system integrators, OEMs, or distributors preferred
• Good-to-have certifications: CEH, Security+, CySA+, CASP+, SentinelOne / CrowdStrike / Netskope / Zscaler SE certs,
  AWS/Azure/GCP security, IAM/IGA certs, DLP certifications
