**About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 24 years of experience in Direct Tax and Tax Advisory. The role involves managing income tax compliance, assessments, tax audits, and providing advisory support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review
Income Tax Returns (ITRs)
for companies, firms, individuals, and trusts.
Handle
direct tax compliance
, tax computations, and statutory filings.
Manage
income tax assessments
, including drafting replies, preparing submissions, and coordinating with tax authorities.
Conduct and review
Tax Audits
(Form 3CD and annexures) as per the Income Tax Act.
Provide
tax advisory
support including research on tax laws, case laws, notifications, and amendments.
Assist in tax planning, structuring, and preparation of technical notes.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
Interact with clients regularly to address queries and provide updates.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of
direct tax laws
and income tax regulations.
Hands-on experience with ITR filing, tax audits, and assessment proceedings.
Good analytical, drafting, and research skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, tax software, and online filing portals.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
