We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Article Assistant to join our firm.

What You’ll Gain:

1. Direct Tax

• Candidate will get a Direct Exposure in DT as well as Merger and Acquisition/ International Tax Matters/ Corporate Restructuring/ Compliance management.

• Candidate will get a Direct Exposure in Indirect Tax.

Business Valuation and Deal Advisory

• Real-time exposure to Business Valuation and Deal Advisory
• Hands-on experience in Financial Modeling and Financial Analysis
• Practical understanding of Due Diligence, Risk Assessment, and M&A
• Work on Valuation Methodologies like DCF and Comparable Company Analysis
• Involvement in Financial Statement Analysis and Financial Reporting

Requirements:

• CA Inter both groups cleared
• ITT & OC trainings completed
• Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS office.
