Job Description:
We are looking for a Support Team Lead with hands-on experience in application support and team management. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling ticketing tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in application or technical support.
Proven experience in handling and leading a team.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹321,778.46 - ₹634,526.91 per year
