Job Description

Taken care of overall warehouse Inward and Outward of all the materials as per the PO,

Invoice and LR.

• Verification of the physical materials as per the invoice and packing list for proceeding GRN

and payment process.

• After quality verification move Ok material to a properly aligned location.

• If the material is not ok will send back the supplier within 10 to 15 days based on the MRN.

• Ensure indents are raised & proper documentation completed on a timely basis for the

store keeping and material keeping, Responsible for stores, documentation & record

keeping.

• To ensure the goods keep by first in first out method (FIFO)

• Follow the PPC team and got kitting plan for the day production and issue the material as

per voucher & post the stock in system at time to time

• Ensure no shortage of production (For Domestic 7 Days Stock & for Import 30

Days stock should be maintained in Stores with the help of Purchase team).

• Identify shortage, slow moving & non-moving components as per changes in models.

• Check BOM vs physical using parts and update to R&D to change the BOM.

• Manpower handling and give the proper training for them related works.

• Prepare monthly report for related to stores. (KPI /OSRM/MRM/ MPCP)

• Handle the customers audit to inform about Procurement & Stores Operations Procedures.

• Prepare 3R for all the parts for keeping the materials as per the proper storage location.

• Coordinating with internal team to close the supplier pending invoices before month

end and close the GRN and payment process to the concerned vendor.Role & responsibilities
