How can you make an Impact?

1. Supervise daily store operations ensuring timely receipt, proper storage and accurate issue of materials.

2. Monitor and control inventory levels by conducting regular stock audits and ensure zero discrepancies.

3. Coordinate with the procurement team, vendors and contractors for material replenishment and availability at sites.

4. Lead, train and mentor the store personnel to maintain efficient workflow and adherence to SOPs.

5. Ensure accurate documentation of GRN, stock registers, issue slips and related records as per company systems.

6. Implement FIFO/LIFO methods and enforce safe material handling and storage practices at all times.

7. Track material utilization across project sites and highlight variances to the procurement/finance team for corrective action.

8. Drive loss prevention, safety and compliance measures in store operations.

9. Collaborate with purchase, finance, project and audit teams for seamless operations & reporting.

10. Prepare and present regular MIS reports on stock status, material consumption trends and store team performance.

What are we looking for?

  • A qualified professional with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control and supply chain practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP/store management systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and vendor management skills.
  • High integrity, discipline and adherence to organizational policies.
