Responsibilities:
-
Support the Sales organization to provide Allegion Hardware for competitor product offerings
-
Build vast knowledge about both Allegion and competitor products offering to properly convert and position Allegion to win competitive bids
-
Reviews construction plans and specifications delivering a quantitative examination ensuring the documentation follows standards set by the Architectural firm
-
Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Communicate with Specification Writers and Project Coordinators regarding project scope, schedule, risks, etc.
-
Build and maintain companywide product conversion database/library
-
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, attending educational workshops, and establishing personal networks.

Formats data in manner that allows for AI (Artificial Intelligence) integration
-
Ability to upscale skills and techniques to broaden the scope of work
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
-
Experience with reading Architectural blueprints preferred
-
Ability to learn industry specific software
-
Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and achieve deadlines under pressure
-
Must be meticulous with strong analytical skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with PDF & Bluebeam preferred.

Can manage sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
-
Strong customer service and critical thinking skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage own workload with minimal supervision or direction
