Planning and execution of medical examinations periodically with proper documentation Adhere with PEHEL ,Enablon,Ekaayan documentation activities
Improvement of health of
company employees
Routine awareness and trainings on health topics. Health rounds to observe the sanitation, Hygiene and potable water quality Conduct employee feedback studies on OHC Service, Health trainings,Job Stress Assessment Periodic First Aid Box refilling,documentation ,management
Improvement of safety
Adhering to good safety practices and active participation in committees Report potential risk identified in Health Observation Rounds Active participation in safety sub committees and task forces
Anticipated work excellence Capacity to conduct Audiometry test for all employees
Capacity to conduct Pulmonary Function test for all employees Capacity to conduct Titmus Vision test for all employees
Attending trainings and completing the RADIANCE Training programmes for medical knowledge improvement
