1. Ensure the Health & Safety policies, standards and procedures set by the company/ client and in
relation to the site operations and all its activities.
2. Daily safety inspection in order to observe physical condition of work and the work practices and
procedures followed by workers and reporting to project manager and concerned staff.
3. Ensure the availability, proper use, and maintenance of safety equipment and personal protective
equipment (PPE).
4. conducting HSE training and awareness to staff, operatives and contractors, ensure training needs
are identified and implemented to enhance their competency and capabilities of achieving safety
targets and goals.
5. Monitor statutory compliance by carrying out regular inspections and auditing.
6. conducting toolbox meetings, induction& job specific training programs with the workers as
required
7. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly site safety statistics reports and submitting them to and
Safety Manager.
8. lnspect tools and machinery regularly to ensure they are in safe working condition.
Qualifi cation : - B.Tech/Diploma
(Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical)
and Should have recognized
diploma in safety from State
Technical Board or AICTE
