Support Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring | Support Manager

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Fairfax Solutions is looking for an experienced Support Manager to lead and manage our support operations. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience handling teams, driving service quality, and ensuring timely issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

1. Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience managing a team in a Support / Customer Support / Application Support department

2. Experience in handling escalations, SLAs, customer communication, and internal coordination

3. Exposure to ERP systems is preferred but not limited to

4. Knowledge of SAP Business One will be an added advantage

What We’re Looking For:

1. Someone who can take ownership of the support function

2. Process-driven mindset with focus on customer satisfaction

3. Ability to coordinate between team and clients
