(Only Female Candidates) Job Title: Support Services Executive (Female Only) Location: Charni Road, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Department: IT Support Services Reporting To: IT Support Manager Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide first-level assistance to end-users on hardware and software issues via phone and email. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and their resolutions. End-to-End Support Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between end-users and engineers, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of IT issues. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for on-call support. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all support requests, resolutions, and vendor interactions using the company's ticketing system. Back Office Executive Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Experience: Previous work experience as an Office Executive. Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer operating systems and proficiency in MS Excel. Communication Skills: High-level written and verbal communication skills. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
