Support Executive

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for solving customer queries through Mail, Chat, and Web Call. Your main focus will be on providing the best resolution to customers without engaging in any sales processes. Collaboration with the software technical team may be necessary to resolve complex customer problems. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential as communication with foreign clients is part of the job. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, your strong analytical skills will play a crucial role in addressing customer issues. Knowledge of accounting will be a significant advantage for this position. Please note that there might be requirements to work afternoon shifts.
