Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
Design and implement workflows, business rules, automation scripts, and integrations with other systems (using APIs, REST, SOAP, etc.).
Gather and analyze business and IT requirements to tailor ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for ServiceNow-related issues.
Participate in upgrades, patch management, and ongoing platform enhancements.
Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and processes.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and ITIL best practices.
Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and process owners to deliver process improvements and service automation.
Offer training and guidance to end users and junior team members.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, focusing on ITSM modules.
Strong understanding of ITSM (ITIL) practices, with experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow Glide scripting, and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services).
ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD), are preferred.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and with stakeholders.
