**** Looking for

4 to 8 years of relevant experience in
ITDL Administration
.
Strong knowledge of
backup & restore procedures
, data lifecycle management, and
job scheduling
.
Hands-on experience with incident management, change management, and problem management processes
(ITIL
framework preferred).
Good understanding of
UNIX/Linux & Windows
environments.
Familiarity with databases (
Oracle, DB2, SQL Server
) and storage technologies.
Perform day-to-day administration of
IBM Tivoli Data Lifecycle (ITDL
) tools and environments.
Participate in
24x7 production support
on a rotation basis (including weekends/holidays if required)..
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
