Support Engineer

From advanced AV-over-IP networks to large-scale electrification, our team drives projects that power boardrooms, campuses, and industrial hubs. ⸻ Role Overview We’re looking for a Support Engineer who is eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to work across Audio Visual, IT, and Electrical domains. You’ll work alongside senior engineers on installations, troubleshooting, and support, while gaining exposure to some of the most advanced integration projects in the industry. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Assist in installation and commissioning of AV systems (Extron, Lightware, Poly, Sennheiser, Dante, etc.) • Provide IT/networking support: cabling, switches, VLANs, connectivity checks • Support electrical systems: HT/LT panels, UPS, DG sets, street lights • Troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and ensure smooth site operations • Work with project managers, vendors, and client IT/Facilities teams • Document support activities and escalate issues where needed ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field • Basic understanding of AV, networking, or electrical panels (training provided) • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset • Good communication and willingness to travel PAN India • Freshers with the right attitude are welcome
