We are looking for an L2 Support Engineer with experience on CRMNext application and strong exposure to the BFSI domain / Banking Sector Preferable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
L2 support for CRMNext-based enterprise applications in the BFSI domain
Application integration using JavaScript, C#, MVC, Web API, WCF
Production support, health checks, and data analysis using SQL/T-SQL/PostgreSQL
Handle incident analysis, user issues, and coordinate with internal teams
AWS cloud exposure, data migration support, and log analysis
Conduct knowledge sessions for business and stakeholders post-deployment
Mandatory Skills:
CRMNext application support experience (mandatory)
BFSI / Banking domain experience (mandatory)
Strong SQL skills (SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL)
Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, WCF
Agile working environment exposure
