Job Description

Support Engineer Responsibilities: You will be responsible for level 1/2 support in German Language, Incident management: incident resolution and escalation Problem management: problem creation and closure Knowledge management: creation and update of knowledge articles for different user groups (IT, end-user, 1st Level etc.) Monitoring and event management: creating and maintaining alerts for the supported services and products Skills Any Programming Language (python ,C#, Java ) German speaking needed Rich knowledge as user of a ticketing system, preferred Service Now IT knowledge as user of IT-systems, e. g. MES High problem solving skills High analytic skills Nice to have: Experiences in software testing Monitoring know how (Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus) DevOps know how (Ccripting, CI/CD, Ansible, Kubernetes, version control, Azure DevOps) Software testing Education and Experience: A bachelors degree in technical field 2+ years of experience in Level1/2 support or Software development German speaking (Mandatory)
